Samadhi Collective Terms and Conditions

By accessing Samadhi Collective’s studio or website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy, govern Samadhi Collective’s relationship with you in relation to the studio and website.

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to periodically check our website for changes. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our services.

Please read through the Terms and Conditions before participating in Samadhi Collective classes, workshops, courses or other. When participating in Samadhi Collective classes, workshops, courses or other, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

  • Please arrive between 15 and 5 minutes before class and check in with the teacher, and let them know if you have any injuries, concerns, or are pregnant. If you are new to the studio, aim to arrive 15 minutes early.

  • Late entry is discouraged and cannot be guaranteed. Leaving class early without a medical reason is strongly discouraged.

  • As a courtesy to others, mobile phones are not to be used during class. Please leave your phone in your car or at home. If you are bringing your phone into the studio, please ensure it is switched off and put away in the storage bays provided.

  • Samadhi Collective offerings may be physically strenuous, and you voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is a risk of personal injury, property loss, or death.

  • You agree to follow all instructions given to you by Samadhi Collective teachers, except where it feels unsafe to do so, and you acknowledge that any failure to do is at your own risk and may cause injury.

  • Samadhi Collective is in no way liable for any injury, loss of property, or death resulting from attending our studio.

  • Samadhi Collective reserves the right to refuse access or entry to any person to its studio or to participate in any of its offerings for any reasonable cause, including but not limited to, misconduct or intoxication or on medical grounds or failure to comply with these 'Terms and Conditions’. 

By booking into a class you automatically agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Samadhi Collective Purchase Policy

All Samadhi Collective purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable between individuals. Generally no refunds will be provided, however special circumstances will be considered.

  • Payment must be made prior to booking via MINDBODY. Options include a pre-purchased session on your account, or paying at the time of booking in studio.

  • If a class is full, you can add yourself to the waitlist. Once confirmed on the waitlist, you are committing to attend that class if a spot becomes available. A text and email will be sent to confirm your attendance.

  • Bookings cannot be used by anyone other than the person booked into the class. If someone other than the person booked in arrives to the class, they will be declined or asked to purchase their own session.

  • No extensions are permitted to the specified purchase expiry period for all purchases.

  • Samadhi Collective 14 DAY INTRODUCTORY OFFER activates from the date when first used, and is valid for one time only to new customers. No extensions. Cannot be used for workshops, courses or events.

  • Samadhi Collective CASUAL CLASSES activate and are valid for 1 month from the date of purchase.

  • Samadhi Collective 5 CLASS PASSES activate and are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.

  • Samadhi Collective 10 CLASS PASSES activate and are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

  • Samadhi Collective MONTHLY UNLIMITED CLASS PASSES are for 30 days total from the first class used on the pass. No extensions without additional purchase.

  • Samadhi Collective 6 MONTH UNLIMITED CLASS PASSSES are for 6 months total from the first class used on the pass. No extensions without additional purchase.

  • Samadhi Collective YEARLY UNLIMITED CLASS PASSES are for 365 days total from the first class used on the pass. No extensions without additional purchase.

  • All UNLIMITED CLASS PASSES cannot be used for workshops, courses or events.

  • All UNLIMITED CLASS PASS holders receive a 10% price discount for workshops, courses and events.

  • Samadhi Collective PRIVATE CLASSES are valid for the agreed date and time. 24 hour notice is required for rescheduling within one month from the date of purchase.

  • All Samadhi Collective MEMBERSHIPS are for the durations and terms stated on the contract agreement, and have a minimum 12-week sign-up. Payments will be deducted as per the auto payment schedule outlined on the contract agreement. MEMBERSHIPS automatically renew every 12 weeks unless cancellation requested by contacting Samadhi Collective. MEMBERSHIPS can be paused by contacting Samadhi Collective for a maximum of three times over 12 week duration, for a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 3 months. Cannot be used for workshops, courses or events. Members receive a 10% price discount for Samadhi Collective workshops, courses and events.

Samadhi Collective Cancellation Policy

Samadhi Collective may cancel a class at any time and for any reason, and will endeavour to provide as much notice as possible. You will be credited for any cancelled class.

  • Samadhi Collective endeavour to deliver all our offerings as scheduled and advertised, however offerings are subject to change without notice. Samadhi Collective is not liable to refund, transfer or offer compensation of any kind for offerings that are late or changed. Teachers are subject to change without notice. 

  • Class cancellations can be made via the MindBody App, the MindBody website, and via the Samadhi Collective website. Cancellations will not be accepted via phone, email, or social media.

  • Class cancellations can be made up to 2 hours before the class start time without incurring a charge. If you realise you can no longer attend a class, please cancel ASAP to allow other people to attend.

  • If you cancel less than 2 hours before the class start time and there isn’t a wait list for the class, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $10.

  • If you cancel less than 2 hours before the class start time and there is a wait list for the class, you will be charged the full amount for your class.

  • 24 hour notice is required for rescheduling or cancelling Private classes. If you don’t reschedule or cancel within 24 hours and do not attend, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.

  • Cancellation fees will not be charged for special circumstances within reason.

  • Group classes require a minimum of 1 student to run. If no one is booked in the class may be cancelled. Please ensure to book in so that you don't turn up to a cancelled class.

Samadhi Collective Liability Waiver

Samadhi Collective teachers are trained professionals and will endeavour to always prioritise your health and safety when participating in Samadhi Collective classes, workshops, courses or other. As part of our “duty of care” please be aware there may be risks associated with your participation, and embrace the following principles:

  • Listen to and follow Samadhi Collective teacher instructions carefully.

  • Ask your Samadhi Collective teacher if you are unsure how to perform a certain movement.

  • Listen to your body and respect its abilities and limitations, do not perform postures or movements that are painful.

  • Focus on stability and ease within poses, rather than forcing your body to attain postures.

  • Do not restrict your breath, unless instructed to momentarily and it feels comfortable to do so.

In participating in Samadhi Collective classes, workshops, courses or other, and as a condition of my participation, I AGREE to the following terms and conditions:

I understand that Samadhi Collective offerings include physical movements and exertion. As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of serious injury, disability or death, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. I understand that I will receive verbal instruction, which I will decline if I don’t feel comfortable. I agree to stop participating if I experience faintness, dizziness, pain or shortness of breath at any time, and I agree to consult a qualified medical practitioner before recommencing participation. 

I, being aware of my own health and physical condition, am voluntarily participating in a physical activity. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation. I represent and warrant that I am in good health and physical condition and I have no medical condition which would prevent my full participation. I agree to take full responsibility for managing any health conditions during participation. Please inform a Samadhi Collective teacher of any health condition that could be affected by your participation. If you are unsure about a health condition, please discuss with a Samadhi Collective teacher. 

If I am pregnant, become pregnant or I am post-natal or post-surgical, I confirm that I have my physician’s approval to participate. If pregnant, please inform a Samadhi Collective teacher prior to participation.

I acknowledge that neither Samadhi Collective, associated teachers, contractors or staff shall be deemed to be liable for any risks, injury, illness, loss, damage to property or other mishap known or unknown I sustain in any way, directly or indirectly connected with participation in Samadhi classes, workshops, courses or other.
